Welcome to the on2work Employability Discussion Forum! This forum is sponsored by a Lottery Awards for All grant and its aim is to provide a facility that will allow jobseekers, support organisations, training providers and employers the opportunity to raise issues, ask questions and share experiences on any employability subject. on2work is a Social Enterprise, not for profit, organisation and our community objective is to help older jobseekers who are experiencing barriers to employment to get back into work. There are 2 forums on this site dedicated to this aim, on2work and OWEN. Please feel free to express your views and experiences on these forums, especially if you are over 45.

Why be a member of this forum

Why be a member of this forum? Like all online discussion forums, reading the information on the site is free, so is registering and becoming a member. The benefit of becoming a member is that you can then reply to questions raised on the forum and create your own for others to respond to. Companies and other support organisations can also become a member for free and for a modest subscription they can have an enhanced facility that provides greater visibility of their company name and logo etc to those reading the forum when posting or answering posts.
